Every Aescape table comes with 3-Year warranty, virtual training, marketing playbook, and everything you need to get started. Access to the Aescape Platform provides remote monitoring and technical support, continuous software updates, firmware updates, access to Aescape’s content library, and annual maintenance.

No, Aescape's logistics and field service team handle the end-to-end installation of the table. We work closely with each partner ahead of installation to understand the space to ensure we minimize the time required for installation and setup.

Aescape integrates easily into existing spaces. It's designed to fit in a standard treatment room consisting of a minimum space of 8 ft x 10 ft, while still allowing for ADA accessibility.

To operate Aescape, you need a standard power outlet (120v 4-5amps) and ethernet or WiFi.

Because Aescape is a clothed massage, partners without dedicated spa spaces or treatment rooms can feature Aescape in an open-air setting, adhering to the power (120v 4-5amps) and WiFi requirements (minimum 20 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload).
